Industry leaders meet to discuss brand performance
challenges
BrandLogic hosted multiple sessions of the Conference Board's
Corporate Image Conference, held in New York, January 30th -
February 1st. The conference draws senior executives from Fortune
1000 global corporations worldwide to share ideas around building
value in their brands. This is the fifth consecutive year
BrandLogic has been asked to host sessions.
Hampton Bridwell, BrandLogic President, was joined by Joan Palm,
Vice President of Communications at Travelers, to discuss branding
issues large corporations face in today’s increasingly dynamic and
complex marketplace. Bridwell and Palm recently collaborated on a
brand refresh for
Travelers,
a leader in insurance for consumer and commercial markets.
Bridwell was also joined by James Cerruti, EVP and Managing
Director for Research and Brand Strategy at BrandLogic, who led a
Pre-Conference Seminar on Brand Alignment and Performance. In
addition to offering practical tools gained from their years of
experience as branding consultants, they offered a workshop in
which participants worked in small teams to tackle real-life
challenges faced by corporations looking to improve their brand
performance.
Other featured speakers included senior executives from IBM,
Provident Bank, Disney, Harley Davidson, Yahoo, and Delta.
