History

To achieve our mission of helping clients create brands that inspire – seamlessly – across diverse media, BrandLogic was created in 1999 by the merger of three specialized firms:

JMK, a design agency founded in New York in 1977 by William A. Jones and C. Wynn Medinger, has helped companies – from the world's largest corporations to small regional businesses – with communications services ranging from developing corporate and brand identities to producing thousands of pieces of corporate and marketing print literature. JMK’s first client in 1977 was IBM, and that client relationship has continued for over 30 years.

Navistream, an interactive agency founded by Hampton Bridwell and Larry Roth, began early in the digital revolution in 1995. The group was long known for an unmatched appreciation of the communications benefits that new technologies can provide.

Context has specialized in Annual Reports for over a decade, and Tom Morin, its founder, has designed hundreds more as a partner at JHA.   Just as important as a long track record of creating annuals is BrandLogic’s understanding   of their role as a branding tool.

These expert groups are now dedicated practice areas within BrandLogic, and they position us to help companies not only develop brand programs, but also to economically implement them, globally, and across diverse media with one point of contact.
